FLEX-I-TRAC® Flexible Ceiling Curtain Track — Light to Medium Duty Walk-Along System
The Ceiling Mount Curtain Track Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC is a versatile light to medium duty cyclorama I-beam track designed for walk-along curtain operation without the need for cords, pulleys, or master carriers. This flexible ceiling curtain track is ideal for enclosing industrial welding booths, stage and TV studio curtains, and any application requiring a ceiling-mounted curtain track that can be curved to a custom layout.
The Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC track channel can be curved on-site to virtually any degree, with a minimum radius of 2 feet — or factory curved at 12-inch radius to almost any layout desired. It is used exclusively in the ceiling mount configuration on this page. For the wall mount and suspended version of the same Flex-I-Trac system, see our Wall Mount & Suspended Curtain Track Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC.

Frequently Asked Questions — Ceiling Mount Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC
What is the Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC ceiling curtain track used for?
The Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC is a light to medium duty cyclorama I-beam curtain track designed for ceiling-mounted walk-along curtain applications. Common uses include enclosing industrial welding booths, stage and TV studio curtains, and any facility requiring a flexible ceiling curtain track that can be curved to a custom radius. It does not require cords, pulleys, or master carriers for operation.
How flexible is the Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC track?
The track can be curved on-site to virtually any degree, with a minimum radius of 2 feet. It can also be factory curved at a 12-inch radius to almost any layout desired (additional cost applies for factory curving). This makes it suitable for complex curtain configurations that a rigid straight track cannot accommodate.
What is the difference between the ceiling mount and wall mount/suspended versions?
Both use the same Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC track channel and component set. The ceiling mount version is anchored directly to the ceiling surface using ceiling clamps or attached to overhead structure. The wall mount and suspended version includes additional hardware for mounting to walls or suspending from a pipe backbone — suitable for applications where ceiling attachment is not possible or where the track needs to be positioned away from the ceiling surface.
How many carriers do I need per foot of track?
The recommended specification is 1 carrier per foot of track for reliable support and smooth curtain operation.
What mounting hardware is required for ceiling installation?
For ceiling mount installation, the Ceiling Mount Clamp 1178 (available as a variant on this page) is the primary attachment hardware. The track can also be suspended from a pipe backbone for longer span installations. Contact our team for guidance on your specific ceiling structure.
Can I get a custom factory-curved track?
Yes — the Flex-I-Trac 132 ADC track can be factory curved at a 12-inch radius for complex layouts that are difficult to curve on-site. Submit a custom track system quote request online and our team will guide you through the process.
