When standard sizes won't cover your bay, our custom insulated warehouse curtain wall configurator lets you design a complete thermal barrier system to your exact dimensions — any width, any height, any R-value, any layout. Used across warehouses, freezer facilities, food processing plants, loading docks, and tenant separation projects, every custom curtain is NFPA-701 fire rated and built with 18 oz. PVC coated vinyl and 3M Thinsulate Ultra insulation — the same materials as our stocked units, configured to your specs.
Our flexible modular curtain walls can provide temperature separation of up to 35°F between zones and fold down to one-third of their size for forklift and equipment access. What R-value should I specify for freezer separation?
For freezer-to-ambient separation, R-6 is the standard recommendation. For freezer-to-freezer or extreme cold environments, R-9 or higher custom values are available.
