Ratchet Chain Binders are are designed to tighten chain tie downs over a trucks load. Complete with a forged steel handle, this Ratchet Chain binder Offers Maximum Leverage. The Ratchet style binder is easier to adjust in finer increments without recoil or snap back on usage.
All load binders meet FMCSA and DOT specifications, and have size, break strength, and working load limit information on the handle. This 1/4" ratchet chain binder is designed for use with 1/4" Grade 70 Transport Chain, designed for cargo on Flatbeds or Large Trucks. The Working Load Limit is 3150 lbs.
